一、专业简介与方案特色
浙江农林大学统计学专业创办于2005年,并在同年开启了本科生的培养工作。2013年,该专业正式更名为应用统计学。应用统计专业聚焦农林,以“专业工程教育认证”为核心,以“产业学院”和“以赛促育”为两翼,通过产教融合、学科竞赛,培养学生服务乡村振兴本领及统计建模能力,打造“一核两翼”的育人体系。通过“产学结合”、“研学结合”等方式,不断增强学生实践能力,所在学院获批浙江省重点建设产业学院——现代农林人工智能产业学院。本专业以学科竞赛为牵引,培养学生的综合能力,打造“以赛促育”学院品牌,近3年,获得统计调查方案设计大赛、市场调查与分析大赛等一类学科竞赛省部级及以上奖项57项。现阶段,专业设有应用统计和图书情报两个专硕点,这为本科生提供了继续深造的机会,同时也为专业发展提供了科研支持。本专业以处理分析农林、经济问题为特色,强化三维驱动(问题+数据+应用)、提升四能(调查采集数据+整理分析数据+统计建模+预测决策),培养全面发展的高级应用型人才,《抽样调查》《数学建模》等课程已建设为省级一流课程。第三方机构的调查结果显示,近年来本专业毕业生对母校的满意度、就业薪资水平和就业竞争力均位居全校前列。
Zhejiang A&F University's Statistics major was established in 2005 and began to cultivate undergraduate students in the same year. In 2013, the major was officially renamed as Applied Statistics. The Applied Statistics major focuses on agriculture and forestry, with "professional engineering education certification" at its core, and "industry colleges" and "competition-driven education" as its two wings. Through industry-education integration and academic competitions, it cultivates students' abilities to serve rural revitalization and statistical modeling capabilities, creating a "one core, two wings" education system. Through "industry-academia integration" and "research-study integration," the major continuously enhances students' practical abilities, and the college has been approved as a key construction industry college in Zhejiang Province—the Modern Agriculture and Forestry Artificial Intelligence Industry College. The major uses academic competitions as a traction to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities, creating a "competition-driven education" college brand. In the past 3 years, we have won 57 provincial and ministerial-level awards in first-class academic competitions such as the "Statistical Survey Plan Design Competition" and "the Market Survey and Analysis Competition". At present, the major has two professional master's programs in Applied Statistics and Library Information, providing undergraduates with opportunities for further study and scientific research support for the development of the major. This major specializes in the analysis of agricultural, forestry, and economic issues, emphasizing a three-dimensional approach (problems + data + applications), and enhancing four abilities (data collection through surveys, data organization and analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive decision-making) to cultivate well-rounded senior applied talents. Courses such as "Sampling Surveys" and "Mathematical Modeling" have been developed into first-class provincial courses. According to the survey results of third-party institutions, in recent years, the satisfaction of graduates with their alma mater, employment salary level, and employment competitiveness of this major have all been among the top in the university.
应用统计学专业培养方案围绕统计理论与数据分析相结合的培养目标,实施通识教育课程、学科专业课程、个性发展课程与课外教育课程相结合的课程体系,构建“产教学赛研创”六位一体、深度融合的闭环式人才培养模式,充分发掘学生的创新创业能力。经过不断探索和持续改进,本培养方案的特色如下:(1)基于产出的OBE教育理念。本方案注重学生在统计建模、人工智能、大数据处理方向上的专业综合素养,培养符合社会需求的统计应用人才。本培养方案修订前的调研报告显示用人单位对本专业毕业生总体满意度高。(2)注重学生实践能力的培养。开设多门实践类课程,结合教学实践基地、竞赛创新实践、农林特色课程,开展创新创业活动,强化创新创业意识,推进创新人才培养。(3)多学科交叉融合。开设了经济类、管理类、农林类、计算机类等多门类课程,提升学生在多学科背景下进行团队合作的能力。
The training program for the Applied Statistics major focuses on the cultivation goal of combining statistical theory with data analysis, implementing a comprehensive curriculum system that combines general education courses, disciplinary professional courses, personalized development courses, and extracurricular education courses. It constructs a closed-loop talent training model that deeply integrates "industry, education, teaching, competition, research, and innovation", and fully explores students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. After continuous exploration and continuous improvement, the features of this training program are as follows: (1) Based on the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) educational philosophy, this program focuses on the comprehensive professional literacy of students in the areas of statistical modeling, artificial intelligence, and big data processing, aiming to cultivate statistical application talents that meet the demands of society. The research report before the revision of this training program shows that employers have a high overall satisfaction with the graduates of this major. (2) Emphasis on the cultivation of students' practical abilities. A variety of practical courses are offered, combined with teaching practice bases, competition innovation practice, and agriculture and forestry characteristic courses, to carry out innovative entrepreneurial activities, strengthen the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the cultivation of innovative talents. (3) Multidisciplinary integration. A variety of courses from economics, management, agriculture and forestry, computer science, and other disciplines are offered to enhance students' abilities to work in teams in a multidisciplinary context.
二、培养目标
以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,围绕立德树人根本任务,本专业旨在培养符合社会和经济发展需求,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,具有良好人文素养与道德素质,能在多学科、跨文化背景下与他人沟通合作,能通过自主学习跟踪统计学领域的前沿技术并用于实际问题的分析中,能够在行政、事业、企业等单位从事实际的复杂的数据收集、分析、处理等工作,德智体美劳全面发展的高级应用型人才。
学生毕业后经过5年左右的工作实践和职业锻炼,达到具体的目标如下:
1. 具有新时代责任感和担当精神,有良好的职业修养和道德水准;
2. 能够运用专业知识、技术和统计软件,正确收集、整理数据,并能熟练处理和分析各类数据;
3. 能够在多学科背景下进行团队合作,能成为团队的骨干成员或者领导者,并能有效地发挥作用;
4. 能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通交流,具有统计相关项目的管理能力;
5. 身心健康,能够理解和适应新技术变革对统计学的影响,能够通过继续教育或其它终身学习途径,提升自己的创新思维能力;
6. 在充分了解中国现实国情的基础上,善于批判性地分析问题和解决问题。
Guided by Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and centered on the fundamental task of moral education, this major aims to cultivate advanced applied talents that meet the needs of society and economic development. The program aims to cultivate senior applied talents who meet the demands of social and economic development, establish correct worldviews, outlooks on life, and values, possess good humanistic literacy and moral quality, can communicate and cooperate with others in a multidisciplinary and cross-cultural context, and can independently learn to track cutting-edge technologies in the field of statistics and apply them to the analysis of practical problems. Graduates are expected to engage in complex data collection, analysis, and processing in administrative, public service, and corporate units, and to develop comprehensively in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor aspects.
After about 5 years of work practice and professional training, graduates are expected to achieve the following specific goals:
1. Possess a sense of responsibility and spirit of commitment in the new era, with good professional ethics and moral standards;
2. Be able to use professional knowledge, technology, and statistical software to correctly collect and organize data, and be proficient in processing and analyzing various types of data;
3. Be able to cooperate in a multidisciplinary context, become a backbone member or leader of a team, and effectively play their role;
4. Be able to communicate in a cross-cultural context, and have the ability to manage complex projects;
5. Physically and mentally healthy, capable of understanding and adapting to the impact of new technological changes on statistics, and able to enhance their innovative thinking abilities through continuing education or other lifelong learning pathways;
6. Based on a thorough understanding of China's actual national conditions, adept at critically analyzing and solving problems.

毕业要求1(专业知识):掌握基础数学、概率论与数理统计和统计软件等专业知识,具备良好的专业素养。

1-3: 掌握计算机编程,计算方法以及应用统计软件的知识。
毕业要求2(问题分析):能够将统计学的基本原理和方法应用于实际问题,通过数据收集、整理、建模、预测等统计推断技术和方法,获得统计结论。
2-1: 能够将统计学原理运用于理解与描述实际问题,并建立模型。
2-2: 利用收集、整理后的数据对模型进行估计和检验。
2-3: 基于模型分析结果对实际问题进行预测与推断。
毕业要求3(统计调查/数据开发方案能力)具备独立开展调查方案策划、调查问卷设计、线上线下调查的调查采集数据能力,具备基于调查数据进行数据整理、统计描述、统计推断的处理分析数据能力,并能在问卷设计、实地调查和数据分析环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化及环境等因素。
3-1: 能够针对不同行业需求,制定统计调查方案和试验设计方案。
3-2: 针对不同行业的数据特点,以及要达到的目的,能够设计出数据分析、建模的方案。
